Configuration and Test:
Configuring your new system to satisfy your need exactly is critical to provide you the maximum productivity of your investment. We feel that once you receive your new systems, it should continue to meet or surpass your expectations. For that reason alone, we test and burn in every system for a 24-hour period before it is delivered to you. Your benefit is the immediate productivity of increased profits instead of downtime, increased employee moral and no lost revenues.
Delivery and Installation:
We are very flexible. We will arrange the delivery and installation to meet your schedule. We prefer to have our own personnel perform the delivery, as we are experienced professionals trained on the correct procedures for handling many of the sensitive devices with a system. Our installation team is trained and manufacture authorized on all the hardware products we provide.
Hardware and Software Customization:
Usually new systems will be integrated with other existing devices and applications. Ultimately, it is end-user productivity that helps you realize the maximum from your computer investment. Training:
Training is provided in varied forms for software, operating systems and basic troubleshooting. If you need additional customization of a specialized application, we can perform that service for you. Additionally classroom training is available on a daily basis. We can provide a wide selection of training courses to help users not only get up and running but also to perform those intermediate and advanced functions needed to be effective with their assigned tasks. If training in your office is preferred, again we are flexible and can offer the service best suited for your needs.
Post Sale Support:
Provided with each new system is a 180 day on-site service agreement and is at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Inevitability, there will be times when you just don’t know what a problem is caused from or how to resolve it. That’s when our Call Avoidance Telephone Support comes in handy. You simply dial our support number and a technical support specialist will attempt to resolve the problem right over the phone. If a support person needs to be dispatched, it is handled within that same call. The Call Avoidance Telephone Support is also at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. This is a TREMENDOUS SAVINGS of both time and money for you, our valued customer.
New systems or Add-on To Existing Hardware:
There are thousands of vendors selling a widget that sounds great, but will it work correctly for your needs and with your existing equipment. We will consult with you for your purchases to insure you receive the best possible price for the best and correct solution.
