Our Macintosh and Windows PC service, support and product offerings are vast, the way you want your business partner to be.  We are extremely knowledgeable on how to best and quickly resolve problems resulting in huge savings for you, so you are not paying for someone to learn on your dime!!  Based on your needs, take a look below to learn how we can best assist you.  Our services page will also give you a better idea of our overall offerings.

 

We offer a tierd price structure for break/fix services, starting from $65.00 hourly, and we are flexible enough to schedule service when you need us - not just 8-5!  If you need us for several days a week, we can arrange that too at a lower overall price.

 

On Site:

We will come to your location and resolve any problems or take care of any needs you have.  This is best option of all as it covers hardware, software, moving, upgrades.  Anything you need, we will do it right there.  We invoice our time per half hour based on a one hour minimum at 93.00 hourly for Macintosh service for time at your location.

 

Pickup And Delivery:

If the problem needs to be resolved in our repair facility, we can pickup your computer or printer.  This option may be best to meet your schedule, or possibly if the repair will take many clock hours to complete.  When it is on our facility, we only charge for the time actually working on it instead of all clock hours the repair process took.  For example if we are upgrading to a larger hard drive, the time needed for the computer to backup or restore the data back to the drive may take hours, though once started, it continues to run unattended.  We do not charge for that unattended time.  This keeps the price as low as possible for you.  BIG SAVINGS!!  Our pickup and delivery fee is 48.00  Our repair facility labor rate is also 93.00 hourly invoiced in half hour increments with a half hour minimum.

 

Remote Connection:

One of the best services available is to have us take control of your computer and resolve the problem so you can continue to be productive  quickly again.  Through our remote access software and your permission we can take control on a one time request or whenever it is needed.  You decide what is best for you.  Many companies have us as their managed services provider and we connect in anytime their is a notification of a problem or after hours for upgrades and updates for preventative maintenance.  We invoice for quarter hour at 27.50 for Macintosh needs and PC needs are 30.00 per quarter hour.  By invoicing per quarter hour, this may result in a huge savings to you.

 

Emergency After Hours Service:

There may be those times when it is critical to your business operations that a problem be resolved outside of our normal business hours of 8-5 M-F.  We will schedule with you for whatever is best for you.  After all we are your business partner to help you succeed, not just your tech or computer supplier.  Call us to see how we can best assist you for your schedule and needs.
